A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry, if you are very urgent to get the price please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard yor inquiry priority.

Q4. Can you do the design for us? what kindly of filies do you accept for printing?

A: YES, We have a professional designing team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. it is also ok if you do not have the complete files. send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.

B: PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.

Q5. How Can I get a sample to check your quality? What is your policy of sample fee?

 A: We will provide your our existing sample to check our quality or customize your designs.

B: Samples need to be paid first before the order. However, the payment will be refunded when the mass order was confirmed.

C: After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7days, the samples will sent to you via express, it is ok use your express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q6: Do you have after service?

A: We can reproduce goods or compensate your losses if the mistake is

     caused by my side. (E.g. the materials, quality, color does not meet the

     order requirements)

Q7. What is your term of payment?

 A:  T/T, Western union or Paypal.

E. 70% balance and bank slip
