Application method:
Cold application
Refrigerate the product for 2 hours before use , sencond wrap the product in a towel to insulate it from the cold and avoid direct contact with the skin to prevent frostbite.
Hot application
Put the product in the microwave directly or in water ,then use medium power for 30 seconds, directly to the desired temperature.Another way is put the product in hot water at about 80 to 90 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
